Worst Company Culture, Only Bragging of the Name Just one thing to Say Naam Bade Darshan Chote There nothing to like about Minimum working hours are 12 to 15 Hrs If you Go at schedule time, it seems like you are going early and have done your duty half. Working culture has been spoiled by management by taking wrong decission like man power reduction from OMEGA scheme and UKSC there is no scientific way of approach, for example single mill and double mill, dispatch and work load, local management is also not good, they don't bother about employees and behave like Hitler.

Highly toxic and torturing work culture, the senior management is involved in personal lifes of people and even interfere, life at township is like being treated like a third class citizen and in jail, you cant leave or enter colony after 11 and each time you need permission and need to inform where and with whom you going, why? Toomuch lobby, i get we face political dynamic everywhere but here management doesnt communicate effectively and doesnt support competentence. You dont feel valued but like a slave, and HR and Admin is a nightmare. I was highly appreciated by executive management but I wasnt even provided a desk to sit, lack of resources alongwith racial bias based on place of birth, linguistic, and more.
