It's a great company to learn .As I'm in techno marketing accordance to work culture and salary , incentives it's best among the same category of other brands.

They have good opportunity for good people .As an employee I felt a little left out of promoting program than my colleague who is not better than me but can talk his way through seniors .And guess what he got the promotion.May be it's my misunderstanding, I'm just hoping for best

I have B. Tech civil and BCA. I am also known AutoCAD and Staad Pro I am doing work in Ultratech cement Ltd on third party (Teamlease) at Agra location from sept 2018 but no one opportunity give me for promotion. I am giving best performance to the company.

Excellent ,The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
