He is the best manager in the corporate world And because of his dedication and loyalty he is today as the state head of Bihar.

Absolutely nothing! Forget about Vendors, they do not pay even legal dues of employees and Channel partners. Company run by fools, Top management is not capable of handling teams. Pure politics playground.

Everything! Forget about work life balance, they treat employees like animals. Main culprit is E.Nagaraju from Telangana. They harrass employees like anything. No appreciation only criticisim everything you propose. They force to do wrong things and later blame Sales team. Very Bad experience working with them. Mental harrasment and mocking everytime.

Limited scope of growth in same division. Skill development and is next to none. Lower & Middle Management unable to handle revenue/ profit growth. Decision making process is rather long to handle any issues and mostly ineffective. Inter-functional communication is very poor. Lower management is very much into comfort zone.

Without knowing the truth of the matter they ask to resign the employee if something has happened....L&T islye achi hai kyu ki vo chance deti hai khud ko batane k liye ki kya sach hai aur kya nhi.... Where as UTCL directly thrown out from the company which is very wrong but it affects on the person.

All things some manager's are worse they think engineer's and fitter are same. Not encourages you. Always used to demotivate you and your work. If you reply very hard to them upon there behaviour they will stop your increment always.
