Bad work environment.Teammatesa And management are not supportive. Company policy are not good. They don't give salery on time. There is no any salery hike and bonus every year.

There is a lots of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salery is not decent and carrer growth very poor on the job training 8s not given to new joiners.
