Its a good experience in this factory and the management was too good about our health care and they give 2days casual leave and 5permissions per month i think this was a great thing about uk textiles and we learn more about clothing company and business oriented too overall uk textiles is best in class for labourers not bad for staffs .. time management is slightly strict for both staffs and labourers...no issue for salary's...Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
