I’m 27, I’m looking for Career transition

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! A lot of things. Basically job security is zero. They hire people if they have projects and they will fire you without any prior notice if they don't have work. Employee growth and benefit hs their least concern. Micromanagement. Also I lot of office politics. If you are not in favourite list then be ready for a termination letter.
