No supporting during the lockdown and even not given salary.....Job security is zero. Management is not good basically plant head (Aamrapali)... Company CTC structure shown 20k CTC and it's make 13200 Rs in-hand.....overall all points are neagative.....Here no work for the future growth and best opportunity ahead.

Work balance is uneven.,some work very hard and some just complete the 8 hrs and left . Seniors does not take any tension and pass the load on Juniors . Work culture is very bad .Les work more politics. Incompetent seniors are placed and they don't work , just pass the time. Management doesn't look into this . So many people left the company .
