The company posses good number of big clients including MNCs and listed company. I got good opportunities in different areas of accounts, tax and audit. In the 2nd year of my articleship, I got the opportunity to lead the audit team. I got many opportunities to work with excellent people and develop my leadership skills. Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
