Reporting Manager is Awsm, as i worked in Quality Assurance, I found Best manager, i really enjoyed work with him and learn lot of thing, really like his working style.

Work Culture is not good, you are forced to remain in plant and even security doesn't Allow you to leave plant until plant head allows them by specifically by your name. Complaining HR is complete worthless, no actions will initiate after complaining.

Its a challenging task to work in that company and every day is a learning for me literally my ideas towards kaizen plays a role in kaizen competition to compete with other workers overall its a good experience for my career growth.

They don't maintain 5S in shop floor area and also they lag to implement new techniques.

Generally my work is a daily challenging task for me i have to do the transaction for the shop floor area using oracle software, overall production entry, scrap entry, man power planning, maintenance schedule planning, 5S activity, loss calculation etc...
