Ubique systems is the worst company I have ever seen in my employment. The manager Subhra Karmakar and BD Rizwan Khan only gives targets one after another and wont let anyone to stay more than 6 months as it is the probation period. No job security is there at ubique systems, no support from managers and BD, HR head Subhra Karmakar does biasing for employees, no work life balance like they mention 9 hrs work but after joining they force to work for 11 hours, continuous target based mental pressure is given by manager and BD, they will say working days from monday to friday but later after joining they force to work on saturday also from office, coworkers use to do gossips everytime and create a worst working environment....Read More

This is worst Company. They do fake promise until Candidate get Onboard. During my process they lied to me and got Onboard.after completing the Project they released me from Company. Initially, they try to keep the Company image good and explain about we are International Company and we have lots of Projects like that. I never suggest to anyone to join this Company.

The company provides employment on a contract basis. Candidates will be deployed to the client company in accordance with the contract. After completing the contract, candidates may be unemployed. It may be possible to continue if other clients consider similar skill sets and work experiences.
