Very worst management. no work culture. all managers have very high attitude. you can't take leaves. It's like prison where you can enter easily but you can't come outside by your own decision. Technical challenges in environment and exposure is good. Management pushes to learn and overall hardship in career makes you a good professional.

Dislikes

No recognition of work, no rewards of accomplishment, no motivation. Lack of trust from management. Training is not provided to uplift employees. Process orientation is completely ignored. There is no roadmap or vision given by management, just learn and earn type of culture. One-way or one-sided HR policies, ignoring employee benefits completely, like British rule. They should give time to people for understanding the product and customers because The kind of product they are selling and the king of customers they have lawyers, legal heads of department, judges, and legal companies it take time to connect with them and make them understand
