Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! Sallary due later, working pressure, not good working management, work environment very poor.

Dislikes

There's is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.on the job training is not given to new joiners.

Management people like plant head ( Mr. Jitendra singh ), Quality head ( Sachin Gahlawat ) are Very good and supportive, they were believe to upgrade junior. Overall experience was good, I have learnt so many things like quality tool at UM overseas.
