Only one positive aspect is the trainings and skill development. They provide resources to enhance skills.

Unfortunately, there are several significant issues. The overall work environment is challenging, characterized by poor management practices. There is excessive interference from management which created a culture where favoritism thrives. This leads to a lack of transparency and fairness in decision-making, often demotivating employees. Additionally, the workplace culture is negatively impacted by blame games among colleagues, which further detracts from collaboration and team spirit.
