I have worked here for more than a year. Trust me i have never learnt anything. Just work work work work only l, if task assigned you at that moment...even if you get bathroom or if u drink water also here it's a big problem. They will treat you like a dog,they will shout at you for non reason No team management No creative ideas Even if u give creative ideas they will you to work and will not take that idea's also Its a consultancy They just playing with the brand name of tvs Just if u want to go and work as slave kindly go and join...Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
