There is nothing good about the company everything is bad there is a lot of language barrier at least they cannot understand the Hindi and English even the supervisor and manager don’t know the English very discomforting work environment.

I had a disappointing experience with this company. The staff displayed a lack of professionalism and seemed in different to employee concerns. There were also significant safety issues that was unaddressed crating an uncomfortable work environment. Furthermore there was no skill development leaving employees feeling stressed in there roles. Its an great work experience in Sundaram fastners,i have learned a lot about that,Industrial exp,Work process flow,management activities,how to dealt issues during mistakes.as a ex.employee it is a good place to learn knowledge based on our department.moreover company policy is quite good not so bad,salaries are avg as compared to market.work culture is really gud,overall gud place to work with!.
