Work life balance is very worst. Forced to work more than 3 to 5 hours after shift finished. Even night finished employees are also forced to work 2 hours after shift completed.

All the managers are very very poisonous, They are very torchering. better my suggestion u will have another offer better to choose that, don't select TVS, especially Pondicherry plant

There is nothing good about the company everything is bad there is a lot of language barrier at least they cannot understand the Hindi and English even the supervisor and manager don’t know the English very discomforting work environment.

I had a disappointing experience with this company. The staff displayed a lack of professionalism and seemed in different to employee concerns. There were also significant safety issues that was unaddressed crating an uncomfortable work environment. Furthermore there was no skill development leaving employees feeling stressed in there roles.
