Same experience person but salary difference is too high (more than 80% difference). Promotion some one as get every two years once and some one not get even after 4years also. There is nothing good about the company everything is bad there is a lot of language barrier at least they cannot understand the Hindi and English even the supervisor and manager don’t know the English very discomforting work environment.
