One of the worst company i have ever seen

Dislikes

No minimum respect, even for BE students who were came there by college placements also are machine operators in that company...rude behaviour by managers and even food also not good

Never become an employee there....they just need workforce that's y they prefer the persons for only machine operators

That is nice experience in my starting career in engineering field but i dislike the work allocation of plant they are does not consider the qualification.provide the proper work for qualified employee it leads to the best output of the company.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
