Poor work life balance. On paper we have saturdays off but in reality everyday we have daily targets to achieve including sundays and national holidays. You are get paid to take pressure but nothing else. Someday you look back and years pass by and you dont have any progress in career. Opt to join these roles in this company only if you are a bachelor and dedicate your max time for the job.

I came here looking at the package they have offered me, but now I am stuck with this company... Company goals and all very ambitious... Company has bright future.

Dislikes

Work culture is horrible, bossism, hire and fire... No Saturday and Sunday off.... Life is miserable here... TVS offers higher packages but not worth for the pressure you take... Life has become nightmare.

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
