Its very good in terms of learning very good in providing internal training, inter department know how very transparent, job security is good, work environment is good and allow to work independently.

Dislikes

Higher management is little narrow mind in terms of North and South culture but improving.., salary increment is quit low compared to other org, work pressure is more but it's OK for our experience.
