Good team members to work with. Payment and Salary is good. Lot of learning opportunities.

Dislikes

Lack of role clarity. Unrealistic Target setting-- very much top-down. Top heavy decision making. Bottom-up approach not seen often.

Hectic but enjoy a lot. Many a time lack of clarity spoil the work environment.
