The Type of Project Tvisha Technologies generally does is fascinating,and every project is exceptional. Diverse scope and opportunity to learn and hands on skill about many new technologies. In addition they provide autonomy to employees to handle their areas independently, making them more inclined towards developing the leadership skills.

Tvisha has decent corporate culture and a healthy competitive work environment. Manager and team leads provides opportunities to learn, grow and express new ideas. Besides salaries are on time also good hikes and appraisals will be provided based on performance.

I Have joined in Tvisha technologies as a fresher, In my starting days, there, experienced people always supportive in every project. Whenever I came with any new Idea and experiment, My team leads review that Idea and gave the suggestions to obtain better results. Totally I have handled 6 Projects from different Industries. Learned a lot from Co-workers, very friendly working environment.

Dislikes

As an employee, I have not found any negatives. Whenever the training sessions available working hours are extended to 30 min, except that nothing more dislikes.
