One of the worst company, they all do politics and also one of the person internal project (tvisha project) team lead behaviour is too worst. He behaves like he is the manager of the company. He dont even give minimum respect to his co-workers, his negative attitude and bad humanity will always hurts the peopls and he dont even how to talk with girls.... His angryness and immaturity behaviour will make to feel disappoint everytime. Moreover his behaviour towards junior employess will be so discouraging and he represents their ideaologies as his ideaology to the employeer. Sudhir the employer of tvisha.. Tvisha Technologies is the best place for freshers and experienced peoples. Very friendly work culture. Supportive Colleagues. Management, is very supportive. Everyone can rise there own concerns with management directly. I like very much interacting with management regularly.

When I was Joined I am fresher, I just completed course. After few days they have given a project which is related to healthcare. for that I need to take care complete digital marketing. There team leader and co-employees are very supportive in terms of work and knowledge sharing. As a fresher I learned many things from my seniors and team leader. Very friendly environment.

I Have joined in Tvisha technologies as a fresher, In my starting days, there, experienced people always supportive in every project. Whenever I came with any new Idea and experiment, My team leads review that Idea and gave the suggestions to obtain better results. Totally I have handled 6 Projects from different Industries. Learned a lot from Co-workers, very friendly working environment.

Dislikes

As an employee, I have not found any negatives. Whenever the training sessions available working hours are extended to 30 min, except that nothing more dislikes.
