Managers do not value an Individual strength, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from other department, but they mostly go unnoticed during my apprisal.There is no on job training if I transfer from one depatment to other. Unqualified seniors treating professionals illtreat, no guidence.
