reimbursement will take too much time more than 5 months sometimes, salary is too low, tenders are not too big, due to small projects and poor work by contractor you won't get the knowledge of actual construction like piling , pre stressing , highway or something actually big.

I do refer any of the candidates who are willing to learn. Because good flow of samples for almost all parameters. Salary and appraisal wise personally I am not happy, but they will give salary on time that's the best part. Work environment is good and security is most impressive.

Too much politics and hectic process. In QA department many Software QA come and go. Nobody is staying here for a long. Team leaders and seniors like Chintan Suthar, Hirendra Rajawat and Jignesh Parmar is good at playing politics and very harsh attitude towards employees. They do not know how to talk to fellow employee. I suggest not to join this company. Remove these 3 culprits from the company. They have attitude problem and flying too high....Read More

Nothing to be liked about this company, no job security, the management is busy filling their own pockets. No transport, No basic hygiene, no growth prospects, no Promotions, every single employee other than mgt is searching for a job including the HR and recruiters. Terrible company to work.
