They dont really care about employees, Company's Marketing team potray the company as best in class however things turn around when you see the culture internally. No job security. No growth for years, administrative executive gets HR positiondue to internal politics, No food benefit, No transport, No festive benefits. Ater joining the company mostly you may get used laptops, Vintage technology systems, Cost cutting in almost anything and everything. I do refer any of the candidates who are willing to learn. Because good flow of samples for almost all parameters. Salary and appraisal wise personally I am not happy, but they will give salary on time that's the best part. Work environment is good and security is most impressive.

Team leaders and seniors like Chintan Suthar, Hirendra Rajawat and Jignesh Parmar is good at playing politics and very harsh attitude towards employees.
