As Tutoroot technologies is a start up company it provides online tutions and hires tutors. I liked the work culture and company policies. As I was not provided with accounts work. The management is good.

Dislikes

I did not like the career growth,salary and appraisal,learning new work my company didn't provide anything to learn.

Work Details

Actually I was hired for tutoroot technologies but I was given work for Medley Medical Solutions PVT Ltd(Subsidiary company of Athena Global Technologies) where I was checking of manifest(Invoice) of Delhi in excel sheet.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
