Mr. Soumyajit Maity frequently uses abusive language towards employees, creating a hostile work environment. His lack of respect for his subordinates not only affects morale but also hampers productivity. Instead of fostering teamwork, he demeans employees and disregards their contributions. Similarly, Mr. Aloke Naskar, as the HR Manager, is expected to ensure a fair and professional workplace. However, he dismisses concerns and believes he is always right, rather than addressing employee grievances effectively. His approach discourages open communication and trust within the organization. Such behavior is unacceptable in a professional setting and negatively impacts the overall work culture. The people including managers are flexible with timings if you are a subject matter expert. But if you are an animator or artist, life is gonna be hard. You may be expected to stay back all night. Work is easy and colleagues and management is co-operative. Work timings are flexible and employees can sleep on the job. Lunch timings are also not fixed can you can eat when hungry.
