Switch to HCL or Stay in CTS?

I'm presently working with Cognizant at a package of 5.08 LPA remotely with almost 4 yrs of experience in Service Desk.Recently I've received an offer from HCL as a Senior Analyst at a package of 7.2 LPA in Service desk domain but it would be 5 days work from office . I feel that the package is a bit low in HCL as I would be working from the office all days of the week.And also I might be due for promotion in Cognizant in March 2025 which might raise my package to 7 LPA There's also a 12 month service-bond agreement with HCL Kindly advice on what I'm supposed to do Thank You

The work is great! I love going to work everyday there.i love the people and what they do.the owners are very caring for their staff and even come down and get their hand dirty!! The biggest problem is the management is very blinded and only See's number.

Dislikes

Time is money. The more production you can squeeze out in a period of time.the more money you make, right ? But if you have been struggling with improving production or even if everything is going fine.there are several thing you can do to increase through put. Without sacrificing quality from removing obstacles to reorganization the woh you work .

Work Details

Productive is very hard working but work is great .I love going to work everyday there .the biggest problem is management is very hard working.but I Will manage it . manufacturer is fabrication and oil and almost product design construction .
