I have seen people getting terminated after 1 year, 1.5 year, 3 year and even after 6 years of working in the same company 2. Unpleasant culture - the company will follow the client to avoid pain points like coordination for resolving differences. 3. Bad appraisals - The increment on salary given to a High performer and a low performer is almost same. No use of working extra hours, shifts. 4. Designations - the designations given to manager level person from lnt is engineer level. project managers from gulf experience are given engineer designation. irrelevant to indian market. 5. opaque company policies and decisions - management will never tell you about your tenure on the project. you will not be informed until the last moment when you will neither have your job nor a new job to support your family....Read More
