Dislikes

The founders are academically talented but horrible in running a company. Even after having such a large team and raising so much money they are yet to figure out how to run a business. They categorically lay off people 3-4 times a year without fail, and excel at hiring the wrong folks at the top level. Talking about hiring the wrong folks, the Indian sales leadership was a disgrace. The founders hired them from their own colleges without realizing how unfit they were for the role. The person leading the sales operations was forever clueless about the business function and made a fool of himself every time he spoke in the all hands meet. The other one right under him was a ridiculously big joker who ran a sales team as a call center. I am glad that good people are leaving (or the ones that were left after the systematic lay offs). The founders are good with running the show with people who’d suck up to them....Read More

Friendly and spiring teammates that push you to do so much more than you earlier thought you could. Flexible working hours save me so much to not only focus on my passion, but also do my job well. Freedom to tackle issues in ways I feel the most comfortable and productive in. Remote work save me so many resources from time, mental, energy and money.
