working culture is very good as a family member, safety of employees is always been on top prority, timely arranging require trainings with lots of learning for career growth. All bosses are good n empathy.

Work pressure is high, working timing is the big problem, most of the time we have to work 12-16 hrs as working in warehouse / distribution department hence to make balance between job & family life is the problem.
