Tumlare was a very good company and employee friendly..majorly female friendly as females use to get benefits using their charm and impacting others job. Main drawback of this co was agressive, greedy females leading the top positions and impacting business & other employees. Main drawback of this co was agressive, greedy, non deserving females leading the top positions and impacting the business and other employees. This is the case since the begining, every now & then incoperative, aggressive and non deserving females hampered the company image in market.

Work Details

It was good and almost satisfying until the dominance of non deserving and biased females leading the co and impacting the business.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
