The company only hires for a limited period as short as 2mnths. If you didn't bring the results you're out, specially marketing. Rest its a very old company which has not evolved as per the needs of the market. So in short i would not suggest anyone to go for it as an option.

Director was supportive that was only reason I worked 2 years 3 months.

Poor management and HR policies. HR are non skilled and uneducated. HRs do fake commitment with employees. No back office support @pune. No appraisal from management side they don't care their employees. No clear vision or mission of the company.
