There is a lot of politics and management doesn't solve issues being their short term tenure. Salary is ok but career growth is very slow. Basic HR function, openness & thought of inclusiveness is missing.

The merger of entities was handled very poorly from manpower perspective which is a sad part and that aspect handled very politically. Lot of ups and downs in future plans of company, late entrant in the market, looks not self-sustainable.

Even if this company is having higher ranking in rope manufacturing after Garware ,which is world’s most renowned company. Here all management follow Garware as a ideal company but doesn’t follow its principles and ethics about handling the staff in a Garware way. Here you don’t know when you will be fired, it simply means in this company cannot be considered a Job security .

Management doesn’t trust their staff and if they have decided you to remove, then they will literally use abusing language loudly in front of all staff,which is very poor point of this company. So it would be better not to consider this company as a career because they are just using you and will throw out very soon after sometime.
