If you're not south indian espetially from kerala or you have any bigshot reference, forget about growth. They compramize quality of facilities for cost cutting, they used provide average quality but now they provide worst. For people who dislike traveling and working in Offshore environment this company is not a suitable choice. In some rigs and projects in remote areas will not be able to get mobile signals and communication will be difficult until that project completes it may last long for approximately a month. Sometimes continuos work schedule is also a difficult thing.
