A big No to this company. do not ruin your career if your values are honesty. A gossiping place that drives you helpless and frustrated. If you know how to say Yes to everything to the higher management, you will be selected and rejected otherwise. An old bureaucratic place where you will feel like you are the one having the problemwhile the existing employees put all efforts to remove any newcomer. JD is a secret thing here and HR talks pretty insightful way while ground realities are nasty. I enjoyed working in TIDC, missing working with Mr.Srinivas, Vice President- Product Development and all other colleagues. The company is blessed senior people who support and encourage juniors. It was a great experience similar to working with Freinds and family members.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
