Company is good w.r.t the work, TOP management at Head office are very helpful and take care of your career.

Dislikes

There are some people at Branch office level who think they are GOD, these people obstruct in your day to day working. Rest all is good.

Learnt lot many things as ut was my 1st job, independency, Goal oriented job Role, guidance from HO and higher authority used to be superb all time.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
