If you are an exceptional employee and have good bonding with your team lead, you can earn 3-3.5k extra incentive if you meet the very hard-to-achieve targets set by the management. Trust me, not easy. If lucky, higher management in your LOB will listen to you even if your team lead is doing partiality or misbehaving. Keep your communications in emails, a pro tip from an ex-employee and never trust a word from your lead. You are not forced to do OT; at least in the LOB I was working. OT incentives are good. Shift schedule changes every week; there is no guarantee that you will have the same week off. This week you may have Saturday Sunday; next week they will change it to Monday Tuesday, and a week after it is set to Friday Saturday, you will be expected to work for straight 9-10 days, moreover, this expectation of working for more than 5 days straight will come with an email footer of "best place to work." No sick leave given; they are always crying for login hours shortage; from more than 1 year, they have been unable to fix login hours shortage. You can't get sick leave and will be offered a week off swap. More than 2 days of sick leave will require a doctor's prescription. Team leads will do partiality if you do not have good bonding with them. Some leads are suffering from a superiority complex and think they can't be wrong in any situation. Even if you are working in a server-based environment (like Citrix or Cisco) and the tools inside the server are not working, your internet will be blamed. If their system/CPU/DEVICE is not working, you will be responsible for compensation for login hours, or they will mark half a day. Every team leader will try to save their a s s by marking your mistakes so that they are not questioned. You are ashamed in front of all the team if you receive a bad survey and constant micromanagement is done, which feels very toxic. They promote you, increase the salary by 3%, and on paper you are still in the position you joined the company. So now, you have the responsibilities of a team leader, earning like a team coach-SME, and on paper, you are a chat associate. So in the next company, you will be just a chat associate. There is no concept of IJP. No internal job postings are shared. There is not even a portal or a work email provided to the employees. The team lead will ask you to do OT every day, and you will be trolled in team meetings if you say no to OT. There is so much to write, but do not think that TTEC is a glorified BPO with a safe-to-work environment. It is like another BPO, just like TP, etc. Find better job ASAP...Read More

You do not have any job security or work life balance as they will niether approve leaves and if they will approve leaves then they will ask you to continue working for 8-10 days without taking any leave pr week off. Salary is not given on time, precisely it is delayed and given between 3rd or 5th date of every month.
