Head of the department is complete nuts, he will yell at everyone as if you have committed a crime, guys please don’t join the organisation and don’t spoil your future. Then have a bond, which lets them harass you everyday, if you break it, you need to pay huge amount, I request everyone not to even think about joining the company.

As I was new in this job profile, I struggled in the beginning and once I started understanding the concept of the role I became expert in my process. The process is interesting and I learn new things from it.

There is no scope of growth what so ever. Efforts are neither highlighted nor appreciated. Lack of adaptation to new, better & effective methods. Unnecessary rigid process. Salary is way low compare to market for entry level and intermediate level employees. On the job training is not given properly, I had to work my way over the time.
