I like the work culture here and how the seniors supports the intern like me very well. The people in the company are very helpful in any kind of information. Trainers for the Interns are very professional , but with zero ego issues and helps at any time without any hesitation. Work culture is also good.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
