IT products and IT services lead generation.

Dislikes

They always pressure you to generate leads without understanding what's your problem to not getting leads, and very poor management not only manager level but TL and other Senior people as well. They also not give you a single day leave and deduct from your salary.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
