There is nothing for like. Only name is trust but all the things are fake. Team leaders are very rude. Company culture is so bad ,unprofessional. Only the people who came from consultancy got appreciation and support and the one who go with interview process get targeted. The work culture is pathetic. After appointment , they provide you training and took a exam in which if you get failed then they will fire you even after you have experience. Rules and regulations are not same for everyone. Work Management is so bad your team leader even not explain you complete work and every time change your work and complaints about your work and hide their mistakes.
