Mgmt has no idea what the middle people are doing. It's the exploitation of junior member in all teams especially Investment Banking. Bonus is a sham scheme after joining you will get full bonus after 2.5 year and that also some peanuts. Work is substandard and no real learning and growth opportunity is there.
