Management's stubbornness to not pay fix salary and giving salary to HR & Customer (who are again related to the promoter) support at the cost time and energy spent by the sales people and paying nothing to the sales people who puts all efforts to get in the revenue to the company.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session however I learnt everything soon and got a chance to wear multiple hats that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
