The ambience is the only thing to like about the company, that’s it!!

Dislikes

The company fired 20-30 employees without any prior notice. It doesn’t matter whether the employee is on probation or not, they don’t care about someone’s future or what impact it would leave upon one’s mind. Since the day I joined I noticed minor level politics and there was no way of proper work alignment. They hired when it was requirement of people and fired when company didn’t want them<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Also, there is no incentive or anything except salary</mark>! I was highly insecure from the day I started working at this company as they showed no interest in any employees’s concern as if we don’t belong to the company and the higher management is too rude and not ready to head. If one is managing its entire family or taking care of expenses , pls do not enter in here because your job is not secure and can get fired anytime without info!...Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
