A great place to learn. Healthy working environment. Very friendly colleagues, helping in every problem. Being a startup I really appreciate the management for building a great product out of scratch.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but sometimes it feels like am underpaid. Please treat every employee similarly, appreciate or compensate the doing of hard working members. Make the non working members work rather than forcing the ones who performs.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
