Overseas team is supportive and understands the needs of an employee!

Indian management of the company have no shame and regret over their wrong doings! They don't like people leaving them because they behave like they get the right to exploit their employee in exchange of the salary they are paying. No HR rules and regulations at all, HR department is just for the sake of having HR and to take the blame for managements nuisance behavior. Management just wants that their employees must satisfy and massage their so called ego every time as they do the same for each other. They will buy expensive cars, phones for their personal use and go on trips around the globe in the name of company expense but if an employee asks for salary raise they say that company is in loss even if the sales graph shows 300% profit. Indian management just want to make money no matter if they have to lie to overseas management for the same and not just for small amount, for hefty amount too.
