No career growth when time comes for your promotion theyrecruit the guys from out side. Work environment is not for working your senior is not going to help you is and when you require. There os no job security in Troikaa at any moment menegment decide the ask you to resign from your job with out briefing you. So I do not suggest and one to join this company.

On this pandemic time, company doesn’t pressurise for Increasing sales and I am feeling very friendly environment in my company. I get Masks and sanitizer at every month for my personal use. Company is taking care for me. That is really commendable.
