Product are very good and innovative, all dr. Likes the product and use.

Management is not good , in institutional division the senior person like GM, AGM is everything in this Division and BE/BM/RBM even ZBM/SM also nothing. If you achieving more than 100% budget then your increment is same as non achiever. And you forget for your promotion even you are 4-5 YEAR continuous achiever.

Employee internal bonding is good culture and help full people so I like this culture..

Security bed things is our employee eairtrited Avery time and troikaa owner is bed think all human are trited robots and all employee feelings not valuable for owner no canteen breakfast time no 2 and 4 forth Saturday leave so I don't like this culture

Troikaa dahej location canteen food, lunch came at afternoon 3.00pm, dinner came 9.00pm, and taste worst 🤮, and management told work timely, at morning shift bus late then no breakfast, directly join field, no excuses for the leaving time general bus 5.15pm no another vehicle facility available, in emergency time ambulance and ofc also not available, Lunch time also calculate in your working hours...Read More

Shame on troikaa, good grooming , hair trimming, like mid-school time rule, and work like helper, no doubt about the documentation work, only 2 people in shift and handling all pharma section, intermediate, kilo lab, also cleaning , batch also , IQ,OQ, all documentation, and no leave for entire month , 12hr of job, and manager toldwhat are u doing, and u ask about the leave then manager told why i am giving u leave , who finished your work? They will plan their work only after your resignation and implement good strategies after you resign. Till then region issue will be yours only... No matter how many times you write mail or ask support no one will care. No one from higher management will come visit your region for business developments or will explore new opportunities even after you tell them about it existence in your region......Read More

Company's HR policy, highly imbalanced work life balance due to distance and six day working. Micromanagement and insufficient empowerment of the employees. Overhyped and irrelevant grooming, mobile and disciplinary policies even in R&D.
